When deciding the topic, check these questions:

  • Is the experiment safe? (You will do it at home).

  • Are the materials/equipment needed easily attainable?

  • Will you have enough time to repeat the experiment before the due date?

 

STEP 1. STATE THE PROBLEM

 

  • Ask a question (you would like to answer with the experiment)

 

The problem is the question being addressed. It could be something like “Why is the sky blue?” or “Why the ice melts under the sunlight?”. Look around you and find something you would like to know about. Be curious!!
